Overview

All Saints Community Centre is a vital resource hub for the local community, to continue this vital work the site required a comprehensive electrical upgrade and refurbishment to enhance safety, efficiency, and operational functionality.

The project encompassed the rewiring of a new-build extension, the full electrical refurbishment of the existing facility—including the CircusMash community circus area which provides training and performance facilities for various performing arts. In addition to these works an extensive overhaul of fire alarm, security, CCTV, and access control systems was carried out.

Solutions & Implementation

  • Strategic Planning: A carefully coordinated schedule ensured minimal disruption, with work conducted in off peak hours where possible.
  • Enhanced Safety Measures: The installation of a modern fire alarm system and robust security infrastructure improved overall safety and emergency response capabilities.
  • Precision Wiring & Refurbishment: The new-build extension received a complete electrical fit-out, while the circus school benefitted from tailored electrical solutions suited to performance and training environments.

Results & Impact

  • Improved Safety & Security: The upgraded systems provide enhanced protection for staff, service users, and visitors.
  • Operational Efficiency: Modern electrical infrastructure has optimised energy use, reducing costs while improving functionality.
  • Community Continuity: Despite ongoing works, the centre remained fully operational, ensuring uninterrupted service delivery to the public.
