Challenges

Data logging - Stratford Garden Centre and Peak Academy Gloucester required a detailed analysis of their power consumption and user habits to support energy-saving initiatives and potential infrastructure upgrades. The organisations aimed to assess total load requirements for upcoming projects, such as air-source heat pump installations and other decarbonisation efforts.
Condition Monitoring – JCB, JCB tasked us with installing sensors to parts of their assembly plant to monitor power consumption, heat and vibration of motors, gearboxes and bearings to aid with efficiency and planned maintenance to reduce unwanted shutdowns.

Solutions & Implementation

We deployed our data logging equipment at both locations, capturing high-resolution energy usage data over a defined period. The analysis included:
